The sushi is of good quality and the staff are generally polite. Easy place for takeout as well. Perhaps the extent of sushi offered without intense sauces, dressings, and the like could be expanded. Nonetheless, Obba never disappoints. Highly recommend!
This is my third or fourth time visiting Obba Sushi for their fabulous lunch specials. The deals are exceptional, where else in Miami can you find a 16 piece California Roll for $12 including choice of Miso soup or salad and for an additional $3 you can have a glass of wine! (Or soft drink or coffee) The service is super friendly. We used to have Henry as our server but he has returned to his home country, we enjoyed Lulu today instead. The restaurant itself is immaculately clean (rest rooms included) And if you sit by the far window one of you gets a lovely view of Biscayne Bay. There is a wide variety on the menu, but I always opt for something on the Lunch specials. Highly recommend this semi-hidden Brickell gem.

The place was great. Good prices, good food and the location is amazing. I've been to many sushi places in MiamI and this has got to be one of the best ones. The service was good and we got our food rather quickly. The ambience was great, due to the location and the charming interior. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others looking for a sushi place where you can get bang for your buck.

We ordered takeout and it definitely satisfied our cravings. We ordered about 7 sushi rolls and a miso soup. A very big menu and everything tasted delicious. Brickell prices, so can't expect much. One day I'll probably go and dine in to get the in house experience!

They had me at sushi sandwich. I had to try it! We were seated right away on a Thursday night. Server was attentive and quick. Salmon avocado tartar was great. My husband normally doesn't like a lot of avocado, but liked it in this dish. Sushi sandwich was fun. Sauce was yummy. Lots of good flavors. All the rolls were great. The jalapeño popper roll is like nothing I've had before at a sushi joint. Comes out warm with a jalapeño on top. Lemon tuna roll was very refreshing. Don't add soy sauce. Just enjoy the flavors. Then the hot sb roll. Has a charred outside which adds a smokey touch to the roll. Only downside was the place got very loud when it filled up. But the food made up for that.
Service is amazing and very relaxing ambiance by the water !!! Amazing views can't wait to come back for more.. Ooops forgot to mention the Thai Donuts are a MUST !! Me encanta este lugar tanto! El rollo de jalapeño popper siempre tiene que pedirse. ¡Definitivamente recomiendo a todos que vengan aquí! ¡El servicio es increíble y un ambiente muy relajante junto al agua! Vistas increíbles no puedo esperar a volver por más... ¡Ooops, se me olvidó mencionar que las rosquillas tailandesas son IMPRESCINDIBLES!
